{{{topimage_text}}}

The Presets lets you choose predefined settings for the most common lighting situations.

There are a lot of settings to create special lighting effects. The presets make it easier to get a good rendering without having to make all the setting manually.

Lighting Presets make it easy to create an effective rendering without having to worry about lights, the sun, or shadows. Template:IRender Nxt Defaults Tab

3D Object Sample

IRender nXt sample. (No lights. 4 minutes rendering time. 50 passes)

This model, downloaded from the Google 3D Warehouse , (Lock Machine by Jon was rendered without making any light or material settings. Using the default Studio, or High Dynamic Lighting in nXtRender makes an excellent rendering, with subtle lighting effects with the push of a single button in IRender nXt.

Same model with reflection settings on materials. (No lights. 5 minutes rendering time. 30 passes.)

Adding some reflective materials, (by right clicking on the material, and selecting the default plastic, or metal box), creates a much more dramatic rendering - again without adding any lights.
